You will be willing and able to communicate effectively with current and prospective customers on a daily basis, taking responsibility for support calls and enquiry resolution, the MSL support website and customer forums.
MSL is looking for an experienced Customer Support Coordinator to become a key member of the team. You will be willing and able to communicate effectively with current and prospective customers on a daily basis, taking responsibility for support calls and enquiry resolution, the MSL support website and customer forums.
You will be accomplished in designing and running system-based training sessions and in writing online support documentation. Although you do not need computer programming or website design skills you must be highly confident with computers and willing to learn the MSL system of E-Voting, Clubs and Society Management, E-Commerce and Website content management.
You will appreciate the importance of communicating best practice to customers and be able to tailor training and support to a varied audience.
This is an opportunity for the right person to grow with the company and contribute fully to the current and future development and direction of the MSL product.
You will be based in the MSL offices at Warwick SU, in Coventry.
