11111: Update news item admin page

The tools for administering news articles have been updated. News article images are now stored by organisation so that images are ringfenced according to who owns them.

5905: Comment on news article

News articles can now be commented on by anyone who has access to read them (and is logged in)

Old articles have comments disabled by default, new articles have them enabled by default but can be disabled before publishing.

11290: Apps - Improvements to User Account screens

The website user account screens in the Memberships Admin and POS applications have been redesigned to take into account the improvements to the account validation process

11244: Noticeboard HTML editor

The noticeboard editor for clubs and society noticeboards now provides access to the html source for tweaking the html by hand. It also removes the unneccesary page widget and stylesheet drop-down lists.

11145: Message delivery service doesn't seem to record failures

Fixed a problem that was stopping mail delivery failures from being recorded.

11148: Message delivery service does not honour reply-to setting

Fixed a problem that prevented messages being set to 'reply-to' the grouping

11301: Event attendee demographics report not working

Fixed a problem that prevented this report being run from the Events section of the admin web
