12012: directly editing events fronm the event page

A link to edit the event currently being displayed is now available in the box.

12363: POS - check for permitted payment methods on app startup

The POS application now checks at startup to make sure the till has at least one permitted payment method (these can be configured in the admin website)

POS now handles transaction processing errors more gracefully, so you don't need to end task to recover control
