Technical Customer Services

MSL is seeking a technical customer services coordinator to join the team. The successful candidate will have excellent written written and verbal communication skills as well as good all-round IT knowledge for supporting our existing customers in using and exploiting the MSL System's functionality.

MSL is an exciting software business based at the University of Warwick which develops website content management, membership management and e-commerce software for customers and students in the university and college markets, both in the UK and overseas. Our mission is to support the engagement and involvement of students throughout their education journey and to provide the best possible customer support to our customers.

With over 100 customers to date, MSL is growing significantly year on year.

We are now in need of a technical customer services member to join the team. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient at using common Microsoft Office desktop apps, will have good all-round IT skills and, ideally, familiarity with some of the following: Windows Server; ASP.NET; SQL Server; CSS; HTML; JavaScript; jQuery languages/technologies; and Adobe Creative Suite. These skills, as well as the MSL product knowledge you develop, will be required to support existing customers in using and exploiting the MSL System's functionality.

Most importantly, you will be willing and able to communicate effectively with current and prospective customers on a daily basis, taking responsibility for support calls, enquiry resolution and the support area of the MSL customer website.

You will join the close knit MSL team in a relaxed and cheerful environment based on the University of Warwick campus and make a contribution to the growth and development of the company.
