MSL Towers has been enjoying the summer weather and, whilst the call of a refreshing drink at the Dirty Duck is strong, the MSL team is staying put not least because we've had such a busy spring and early summer. We're working on a number of new client implementations (watch out for news on who else has joined our happy band of MSLers), the modernisation programme continues to gather pace and Student Group Finances has proven to be very popular.  We'll soon be sending you an update soon on GDPR compliance and we urge you to take 5 minutes to provide feedback on our products and services via the MSL Customer Satisfaction Survey.

MSL Modernisation Programme - progress and plans

Earlier in June, we were pleased to announce the release of ‘Manage People’ functionality to your admin website. This release is part of the next phase of our modernisation programme planned to improve the efficiency and user experience of the MSL System. It allows authorised users to carry out admin functions - previously available via the Windows-only Memberships Admin application - over the web, accessible by standard browsers and support on smartphones and tablets. The next phase already under way is a similar migration of the ‘Manage Groups’ functionality which is planned for release later in the year. For more information about our recent releases, please see the Release Notes page.

Westminster Students' Union to use MSL core and elections system

We are delighted to welcome the University of Westminster Students’ Union to the MSL community. The Union has selected the MSL System for its digital membership engagement solution including new website, online elections, clubs and societies tools, messaging, community and feedback resources. The MSL System will help the Union provide support and services to its 20,000 students across three campuses in London. Read the news in full.

The next update to our Product Roadmap has just been published to MyMSL. This includes developments and enhancements planned this summer for the App, Point Of Sale, Messaging, Freshers along with more Admin Website modernisation. Enjoy a warm Midlands welcome from the MSL team at NUS Trade Show 2017

MSL Student Group Finances is the newest module within the MSL System. Currently nearing the end of its development, this module will simplify access to and assist the management of student group accounts by their committees and members. Read more about this module.
