The year is slipping by so quickly - spring has arrived, your students are preparing for exams and you're there as always to support them with advice, space to relax and, no doubt, a full calendar of events, parties and celebrations to look forward to. The MSL team has already seen a number of hugely successful ticketed events promoted on your websites and StudentLink® and we've enjoyed working with many of you to make sure everything goes smoothly.

University College Birmingham Guild of Students is set to replace its current website with the MSL System. Your handy cut-out-and-keep Domain Renewal Checklist

We're sure you're on top of this but we know that, sometimes, things just slip our minds, time ticks by and all of a sudden you discover your website has disappeared and your carefully selected domain name has expired. Keep the following information together in a safe place (and tell a trusted team member where the details are stored):

• The domain renewal date (with reminders set on your phone, PC, kitchen calendar...)
• The domain provider portal log in details
• The credit card used (and its expiry date)
