MSL @ Comms By The Coast - share ideas and successes with your colleagues at User Group

The next MSL User Group session will take place on Friday 4th August, 10:00-12:30 (BST) as part of Comms By The Coast.  If you haven't already registered to attend, you can find out more and book your free places here. We're pleased to invite you to join the MSL team for the first of our summer/autumn 2017 series of training days. This session will take you through all the steps of setting and running your election through to the count. It is suitable for all members of your team involved in elections - from new staff who have never seen MSL Elections before to more experienced users who would like a refresher to update their knowledge. Keep up-to-date with GDPR announcements

With the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) coming into force in May 2018, we will be sharing the challenges of understanding the GDPR and, whilst MSL cannot give legal advice to our clients, we will monitor guidance from the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and European authorities and notify you as it becomes available.  We will share these updates and information on our dedicated GDPR web page.

The MSL support team are always looking for ways to increase efficiency and make it even easier for you to find the answers to your support queries.  We may be a little late to the party but we're looking at the pros and cons of offering web chat as a quick way of helping with your "how do I..?" questions. Is web chat something you are familiar with, comfortable using and a channel you'd expect to see on a website?  Let us know what you think on this super-quick poll.
