Elections training
Our next Elections training will be on Thursday 30th January 2014, this will follow a similar format to our recent workshop-style Elections sessions where we have clients actively working on their own election setup so we can troubleshoot issues with you there and then. Places cost £50 per person, the limit is two people per Union and lunch is included. Book your place here

Volunteering Module
We've now formalised the setup process for our new Volunteering module, if you're interested please get in touch and we can send further information or arrange a web demonstration.
The Volunteering Module requires specific configuration for each Union, if you're interested in having the module we'd recommend getting in touch sooner rather than later so we can book in your implementation in good time.

Leeds Impact Report
Leeds recently launched their 2013 Impact Report and we worked with them on the web presence for the project and we think it looks pretty fab: http://www.luu.org.uk/impact/.
If you've produced something you're particularly proud of let us know and we can show it off in our next newsletter. Or if you have any upcoming design projects bear in mind we offer design services so why not drop us a line for a quote.

Freshers performance
The results are in! Over the last four months our clients (aka You!) collectively took over £12m through their websites. Comparing Sep-Dec 2012 with Sep-date 2013 almost all of our clients took more this year so well done to all. (For the 'statsier' amongst you who might want to work out where you rank the median change was +12%, 50% of all values fall in the range +4% to +63%).

Support Reminder
Just a reminder to please always email in to our support address (support@ukmsl.com) even if you're planning to give us a call - it really helps us to have as much information as possible, such as screenshots and details of what steps you have taken so far. Also, we track all emails and keep records of correspondence, so a phonecall will usually lead to a case being generated in our system anyway.
If you would like an overview of the current cases that are Active or Waiting for Information for your Union (including cases that have been sent by other members of your team) please contact us.
If you've got an urgent issue, please use the main support number - 024 7657 2800.
