Helpdesk closure over Christmas/New Year

The helpdesk will be closed from 5:00pm on Tuesday 23rd December and will reopen on Monday 5th January at 9:00am. If you have any issues over the Christmas period, email support@ukmsl.com as normal and we will respond in the New Year.

Elections training

Our next Elections training will be on Monday 2nd February and Wednesday 4th February 2015, this will follow a similar format to our recent workshop-style Elections sessions where customers work on their own election setup so we can troubleshoot issues. Bring along your most difficult questions!

Places cost £30+VAT per person (additional attendees £25+VAT each), and lunch is included. Book your place here, before you forget!

Student Case Manager

Recently we held the second demonstration of our new Case Management system, developed in partnership with Iizuka. You can find more information about Iizuka and what they do on their website: http://www.iizuka.co.uk/

The innovative Iizuka system can be configured to suit the specific case management workflow of your organisation. It allows you to keep track of all clients’ cases and enquiries, ensure actions are planned and scheduled, liaise with outside organisations, and control which members of your team have access to sensitive data.

Student Case Manager has direct access to your MSL student database for efficient and accurate data retrieval. And with the Iizuka Report Wizard, you may design and build bespoke reports tailored to your organisations’ exact requirements.

We will be trialling Student Case Manager with MSL customers who have taken part in the demonstration and we are keen to get your feedback and suggestions for the system. If you have not yet attended an Iizuka demonstration and would like to participate in the future, please let us know by emailing the helpdesk at support@ukmsl.com.

Support Reminder

Just a reminder, if you need to raise a helpdesk enquiry, please always email our support address (support@ukmsl.com), even if you're planning to give us a call. It really helps us to have as much information as possible, including screenshots and details of what steps you have taken so far. We track all emails and keep records of correspondence, so a phone call will usually lead to a case being generated in our system anyway.

If you would like an overview of your current cases that are Active or Waiting for Information (including cases that were sent by other members of your team) please contact us.
